1. Orders and payments

You can place an order directly from the product page by adding items to your cart and completing checkout. Make sure your contact details and shipping address are accurate before confirming your order.

We only support the payment methods shown at checkout. In case of any payment issue, please check your payment provider first and then contact us with your order number if the problem continues.

2. Changing or cancelling an order

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We can only update or cancel orders that have not yet been prepared or dispatched.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, changes may no longer be possible. In that case, you may need to wait for the delivery and then request a return where applicable.

3. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. These estimates may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be able to track its status from the My Orders section. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the courier.

4. Returns and refunds

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear details of the issue. In many cases, we may request photos to help us review the situation quickly.

Eligibility for returns and refunds depends on the product type, condition, and the time since delivery. Our support team will guide you through the next steps once we have reviewed your request.

5. Account and security

You can update your name, email address, and shipping information from the My Account section after signing in. Please always keep your details up to date so we can communicate with you about your orders.

If you notice any unusual activity on your account, change your password immediately and contact us so we can review and secure your account if needed.
